At the moment risk reversal is at 0.9850 - should still have my bullish cap on as long as the AUDUSD stays above this.

A lot of volatility on the CAD, GBP and EUR and the AUDUSD ATR is coming down a bit. I expect another push forward after the CAD news. I am not sure why people are that concerned about it though. In all honesty, CAD CPI will be high because energy prices are high (especially oil). If the Canadian BOC raise interest rates, they must be expecting some shortage in oil that I can't yet factor in at this stage.

Anyhow, good trade from 0.9940! :) Glad I was on the same side as you although I must admit I was having fun with the GBP and EUR. Went short on GBP immediately after the news and spike up. I was so sure the CPI number will be higher than expected so going my market efficiency, everyone else could draw the same conclusion as me i.e. GBPUSD will fall right after the news.
