Does anyone have feedback on 1960's red brick units in Campsie/Belmore? I have a friend looking to buy at up to $650,000. It sounds like there is going to be more stock on the market after the Australia Day long weekend, from real estate agent and online commentary. Are there any areas within here to avoid or any red flags? Belmore appears to be a better area than Campsie??? Metro line will be opening in about one year. A few properties appear to be very cheap, then looking at the building report they require big dollars on repairs/renovations.
