Good letter - my only question would be why aren't suitors already pursuing the opportunity? If the Board has to disclose any offers, even at lower multiples, this suggests not a lot of corporate acquisition interest exists? Why would any suitor wait until its a competitive process? Surely if anyone was serious they'd be going in now hard.
