the UK AAM plant project is dead in the water. They know they are better of using the money (if they had it) to fully fund the 45kt Vidalia expansion. They already have the $200m grant plus the tax credits.
The trick now is to generate enough revenue to keep the business open, to pay the 2 loan instalments and fund the 45kt expansion shortfall. The DFC loan will keep Balama operational for the next 5-6 years. They'd need Vidalia off-takes to guarantee revenue over and above the Tesla 25kt
