I agree with Jerry here in that you might have confused 2 different JV's here....

The ann. states that PFC has a 50% share in the JV that they appear to now be going it alone on... PFC owns 75% of the JV with BKP. Also, it's EP 127 / 128.

They also specifically call out that the two JV partners (ie. one for EP 103 & one for EP 127) are different ("PetroFrontier's co-owner in EP 103 and EP 104 has no interest in EP 127 or in the adjacent permit, EP 128 (where PetroFrontier also has 75% operated working interest)."
