There has been a deal done IMO with this placement - Lumacom needs money quick, so they have asked Intersuisse/Tolhurst to get these exercised sooner rather than later, and the carrot - well use your imagination. No, I wouldn't have put that amount of money in and exercised them so fast, without knowing there was good news coming. Maybe I'm just a little cynical, however, I still hold quite a few shares
