The lenght thay some of these people go to, in order to protect their backside, is quite amazing.

I believe that the flow of proxy vote coming in showing the extent of the displeasure from the shareholders, have got them real worried, and are now clutching at straws.

They may use this as their last stand. So I wouldn't be at all surprised to see that they will possibly save themselves from further embarassments, and resign.

After all it is their careers at stake, and they know that it will not go too good in their next jobs applications/presentations.
