I understand that BHP shows its sales price per tonne on an FOB basis. If you start with FMG's sales price quoted on a CFR basis of $87, and then deduct about 10% for freight, you get an FOB price for FMG of about $78, which is less than BHP's price of $82 for the latest quarter.
