How do you know the ASX is completely comfortable with MMR currently 3X, imo they would be watching MMR like a hawk given DB,s history with compliance problems, and suspensions, thing is under a PDF companies are treated differently, infact scrutiny is tight around listing, now that MMR has lost its only real project on the books with the Pep11 refusal, MMR is walking a fine line of compliance currently and imo should be in suspension till all the many extremely relevant and prudent issues pertaining to MMR are worked through, so MMR can trade unabated and Shareholders and potential Shareholders actually knowing what they are Paying 10m MCAP for currently!!!!
Why would you pay 10m for a company that has nothing but Cash burn projects endlessly, MMR should of never been allowed to return to trade with Pep11 even having intent of denial, now with Pep11 officially denied how can it continue to trade, it has nothing now and a PDF attached to it !!!
