I dont think i have ever seen 4x mou's in an announcement. This isnt easy to put together imo.
From what I gather Isometric give the credits and these pilot companies do the leg work with material at renard.

Pilot companies are doing leg work as its thier expertise. Winsome benefits with carbon credits or a share of them i would assume.
Renard gets its equipement used and maintained, which is good.
I wonder if that has been the strategic play, clearly there is value in carbon credits either from reduced carbon tax or the credit market which is confusing.
I know there is >10mt in the tailings pit. I wonder if Winsome wanted to include the value of the carbon in any deal. It appears that the dual lithium carbon idea would make winsome a sigma sort of enterprise of better, ie, vulcan, so they can access different funding
