Still a lot of upside potential in the area. This year will see us sewered. Look what happened to Agnes Waters/1770 after sewerage. Lot of developers waiting in the winds. Although I prefer income producing investments (units/houses/flats etc) a block of vacant land at 200k [preferably res B](IF you can find one for that) still has a lot of gain to be made post sewerage. This will be an exciting year up here....
