like I said the Scomo case Flim Flam Man could of won that case, it’s a whole different gig in 2025 IF DB is stupid enough to contest Pep11 imo !!! It will cost millions in legals and take years, and then you’ve got environmental to deal with !!!! If it ever got to that and it never will now imo, consecutive Goverments both ALP and LNP, and both Federal and State Have denied Pep11 now, it’s simply time to move on from Pep11 like Hopefully BUY Will with Cerberus in the ST !!!
