For what’s it worth I believe EQR are a quarter behind where they should be ( comments from Keven last year reinforce this view)and this will be reflected in the quarterly. However, if one looks at the current APT price from the almony website and factor in the A$ price, the cost per mtu is north of $550 aud. This looks good on the historical chart. It is a good time to be hitting higher outputs. And you do not have any evidence to support “it’s a fact” that the cfo resigned due to the eqr books. It is your opinion not a fact. I believe he had the other position in mind when joining eqr and lifestyle would have been an issue. EQR expansion plans would mean significant travel.
