Yes that's true about a vacuum, but im just relaying why some holders may be frustrated. 8 years now is a long time, especially without a set FID date yet. if this doesn't materialise until 2030 that is 13 years of development which is excessive, and in anyones book a poor investment given the time. 7% ETF compounded over 13 years would yield a much greater, safer return.
