hughjas, they have a $500k line of funding from John Kahlbetzer who is a greater than 30% shareholder and extremely wealthy. This is enough to meet their administrative needs and basic commitments on exploration for the year. If your concern is slipping into insolvency, given the apparent potential of the Namibian phosphate project, then this is extremely unlikely. The risk to small shareholders is rather that dilution is likely to be heavy in advancing their share of the project but the money will come based on the current information on the project.
