    Thanks for that opinion.

    In this case the ASX did have an idea of what was going on in the market for UCL. No announcement from the company. No request from the company for a trading halt. Yet today there was a massive increase in price and turnover.

    Then ASX slapped on a suspension.

    It seems to me that in this case it might be uninformed sellers that need protection.
