I think Mark Caruso knows his stuff, he's had a lifetime experience of moving dirt, is project orientated, knows how to get things done and can think outside the square. He could probably work wonders with GBR or even take over the project.

The Simberi Island project with Allied Gold was a good example. He constructed an ambitious, innovative and environmentally friendly 2.7km above-ground "Ropecon" conveyor system to transport up to 600 tons per hour from the Sorowar mine site to the processing plant on the bay.

I can only think the small plant near Meekathara is to test the waters and bring in a little cashflow in the meantime.
