Either one day this consolidation/sliding sideways comes to an end & price action rises, or WWI goes broke - kaput.
Recent price action suggests to me that a double bottom may be forming (see June '23 & Feb '24 on the detailed chart below) & if that is the case WWI represents a reasonable Bottom Pick buy.
