Heya Anton. I think you are missing out royalties which I think will be $17.3 for NSW and $30.6 for QLD. so a fair bit less.
on the upside the cost should be closer to $140 (my guess 144)
regarding earnings numbers, we will have to wait to Feb20 for Half Yearly report, though I think the stock price should start to rerate then or if not at the latest on full year report in Aug
