Costs shouldn’t be hidden behind the JV structure—Orocobre were transparent about their ramp up numbers, even though they technically didn't have to disclose those figures either, due to to Sales de Jujuy (the JV between Orocobre, Toyota Tsusho, and JEMSE). So why can’t AGY? There’s nothing misleading about costs tied to sporadic production—the numbers are what they are. If the company expects them to improve, they can provide explanatory notes.
You’re acting like regular reporting only begins once full production and ideal conditions are in place. That’s ridiculous. Investors deserve clarity, not vague excuses about “evolving” reporting, once things look better.
And fear-mongering? Please. The only thing fueling uncertainty is the company’s reluctance to present a clear cost structure. If there’s nothing to hide, then show the damn numbers.
