Aurelia Shareholders, Take a look at today's release by KAR about a new turbo-charged share buyback and the statement from our mutual Chairman Mr Botten. It's a clear look forward to sustaining capital, share buybacks and % returns to shareholders through dividends. KAR share price is up 7% on the news.
In short, this is the conversation we need to soon start to have with AMI. Mr Botten has been kicked, punched, bitten and scratched over at KAR. He would not want to go through that ever again. I suspect he will soon be all over this type of thinking - what with Mr Brazil looking for a return on his investment and whinging shareholders like me banging on about material compensation for our risk taking.
The share price is starting to wake from its slumber. Watch this space.
