I think we would have to be a Brazilian Julian Assange
with direct access to all levels of the Petrobras hierarchy
to be doing any hoovering .MY guess is we'd be allright .
President Lula and Eike Batista have publicly said on many occasions that Brazil will always respect the
"grandfathering" rule i.e. legal contracts previously agreed would be respected in the future. It depends on the status of the agreement with KAR . KAR is not operating in Venezuela or Mauretania. But good point.
