The mertondale pastoral lease was sold to a chinese company, the DOD objected as they have a fibre optic cable on the boundary with Nambi PL.
DOD took over the PL and eventually sub let it to a Leonora local.
NTM and DCN never had any issues with drilling and building a resource through to beginning mining.
My point was that KIN claim they had access issues yet their immediate neighbours did not. The issues with access would therefore appear to be solely with KIN not DOD.
As a ploy to do nothing and avoid Mine Dept fines for not working the leases it appears to have been successful. New management now and they appear to be getting some things done which hopefully will show some results for the long suffering KIN retail holders, which I used to be one of.
