I have read a few posts with regard to the short term SP potential of MLS. Figures such as 0.06 then onto possibly 0.12 which was the high a few years back have been bandied around. Also comparisions to our neighbour XE which is currently trading at around 0.235.
My question is the market cap comparion between these two companies, we seem to be similar, we have similar tenements, XE has a market cap of 28.10M and is trading at 0.235, they are further advanced than MLS with their exploration program in Namibia and have no lease renewal issues. MLS on the otherhand have a market cap of 31.43M already 10% higher then XE and are trading as of today at 0.045. So my question to all the learned posters out there is it fair to compare the market caps of both these companies and assuming that everything goes well with the lease renewals and future exploration then where can the SP go?
Lets have a positive discussion here boys, its always good to look at things from different perspectives.
