The death of the major competitor in the field bodes well for future sales for the suite of products it has in, and coming to, market in the near term.
ACR doesn't need to get to X (cash flow neutrality) before the money runs out. It just needs to get to Y and show the mkts its on the way to X, and ACR's share price (and poxy $13 million valuation) will be far higher to do a transitional capital raise into (or attract creditors, licencing, partnership deals, etc) for it to then have the capital to carry it from Y to X - the age old battle of young listed companies:
