i think you've read that one wrong mate. That figure includes all of the Directors fees and executive wages for the Q. I assume, Victor is just being paid through his company as a consultant rather than an employee. The full 350k isnt going to him. You've got 4 Directors all getting paid Directors fees, 2 of those Directors are employees (Chuck and Jamie), one is a consultant (Victor) and one is just a Director (Gerd).
