Interesting that Jill is in the seat and Stu was off the board immediately ?? But the chairman stated he is in the job till the 14/2/25 ,so why were we "in regards to full disclosure " , not notified at the time he was out the door and Jill was in acting straight away ??? If progressing ahead with the line its "business as usual "PLUS a strategic review in pararell , why have they not appointed a HEAD HUNTER and why have we not been told . Are we not seeking a new CEO until the strategic review is completed and board direction committed to . ?????? Any future CEO approached would have to give a minimum 3 months notice possibly 6 months !! Interesting her comments about JV relationships and working closely with in the rules ?? Was STX not playing nicely in the sandpit already ??? If they were going to sell some assets and develop other assets , why would Stu have left , he did great work developing gas assets and full credit to him . I am convinced they are dressing this up to sell the lot ,and in will be have a offer very soon , they are working had to build the value of all the assets . IMO
