My understanding is that if you apply for and pay $10,000 worth of SPP shares (before 5pm, 14 Feb 2025), you will receive 277,777 shares and 277,777 Options. (Assuming there will be no apportioning downward as a result of an over subscription of SPP shares).
The Options (277,777) cannot be sold on the ASX market.
The Options need to be exercised before 28 Feb 2028 by paying $0.036 for each option exercised, regardless of whether 4DS share price is $0.37 or $1.00ea at the time of your exercise of option.
