Never had options before. So if you want to exercise 1000 options you pay 0.65 x 1000=650 bucks to the company and receive 1000 PAR shares, which you then hold or sell as you desire.
can you exercise before the price hits 0.65? If the price is higher before the expiry date you still exercise at 0.65?
