If what you gain from my contribution is that "I'm just 'whingeing' about LC" then you're either not interpreting in context, have no business experience, or you're daft, maybe a combination of all three.
LC is a failure of a CEO and she has to be replaced for there to be any chance of IMU succeeding. That's in everyone's interests, including yours. If you can't work that out for yourself, then yes, you're kind of hopeless and certainly not someone I'd like to co-own a business with let alone anyone reading these boards that are considering entering.
