We have had 200 mm of rain so far today, the dam topped at 101% at 5:30 this afternoon, the barra season opens at midnight and we are going into the weekend. A million lures will be tossed in the next couple of days.
If anyone has fished for barra they know they head upstream into the creeks and even tiny gutters when the fresh water runs.
