So... youre telling me that:

1. NOPTA sent refusal with 50 annexures - how many pages does that equal?
2. Again NOPTA sends out the RECOMENDATION FOR APPROVALS - is this a common practice to send the APPROVAL when REFUSING an application? Is it a 'taunt'??..lol
3. 54 or 49 or 123456 - whatever - only application for Covid related extension/variation etc that did not get approved was Asset!!..

We have the Regulator who assesses these types of applications for a living - telling the political zombies what the decision should be and yet - the zombies decide that Finances and Public Interest are paramount to their LOGIC and will disregard NOPTA altogether........

The only person(s) that I will ever trust to make heads or tails out of this fiasco is:

THE FEDERAL COURT JUSTICE...............

DB - please submit the application to Fed Court asap - cos this decision - as evidenced by even the lefty media - appears to be 'ODD'............
