Say a petition circulated, a covenant of sorts, which said that if Paul Rennie - without the sale of shares to fund it - immediately spent the $3.37m required to exercise all his LO’s in one fell swoop, others would do the same…..how many SHs do you think would sign up?
Full conversion of LO’s promises a highly-material sum of money, $60m+, at a crucial time for the company. It could substantially remove the funding question for P3, almost certainly boost the SP in the process, strengthen the negotiating position with partners, keep dilution at bay, while all the new equity goes into the hands of loyal holders, who are subsequently rewarded with PBs to boot. Am I mad, or is this primed for PAR shareholders to launch the next era of this company? And maybe get it onto a few front pages as well?
