I think the board also needs to review their own positions to ensure they are the most appropriate for the success of the company. And value for our shareholder money. AXE has always been good with spending shareholder money wisely.
Does a company as small as AXE really need a CEO and Executive Chair?
Do we need more focus on marketing to seek out the BIG government incentives, etc?
Simon has been good for the company, but he is CTO, he needs help so he can focus on what he was hired for.
