I struggle to think they don't know how much was poured.
i know very little about gold mining but you poured it into a mould , cool it down , then put it on a scale and then you have 10 20 30 100 ozs etc
as @batboy said , there is a reason you don't have a pic of a random holding the bar...because it's probably not very big.
