One point I've never really been clear about... if Paladin is selling Namibian uranium out of Namibia, is the company bound by Australian export rules because their head office is in Australia?
Or can they sell Namibian and Malawian uranium to whoever they like?
I know that any uranium dug up in Australia is bound by those export rules, such as not selling to India, but I don't really know how that applies to a company based in Oz but mining the stuff overseas....
Anyone know for sure?
