Possibly more of a transition than a transformation, the company was stabilised by JB after Brett quit and spod prices continued to collapse, cash was raised , a strategic review done and we got back to basics before LD even became a director.
That aside he and Sylvain look very well qualified to continue to carry on with the leg work already put in and take us to the next stage, it's what the company needed along with higher spod prices..we needed Managers and BOD's that can manage tough times , they can all look good in boom times , we now have that IMO.
