I hold shares in a WA tech company. The founder and CEO was doing a shocking job. The SP ran down from about 40c to 1.5c before they got rid of him and now they have a 3 year plan to turn the company around. So it can be done but it’s rare.
My opinion is that GE should step aside or at least take a pay cut. I don’t think he’s worth what he’s paid. But ego always gets a hold.
