I personally believe what JB said all along and that was that it is not in their best interests to do a CR at the current price and that a CR is not necessary to list on AIM.

Nothing has actually changed in that matter.

I also believe JB when I was told that if they found another high quality acquisition that was complimentary to CCC's business then and only then would they do a CR(Capital Raising).
