"does it threaten you in any way? does giving those who've been disadvantaged in job applications simply on the idea that wheelchairs won't fit at the desk and will cause increased maintenance costs. or the Aboriginal applicant, with university honours, won't fit in with the team, while the person who just scraped through his degree will "fit in" ok. or maybe the woman is a lesbian. she talks a bit butch. would she threaten the dominant male milieu?"
Why should anyone be employed because they're in a wheelchair, aboriginal or a woman? (I assume you mean woman as in has XX chromosomes.) Shouldn't people be employed because they are wanted, rather than being forced on people?
