Ann: Application for quotation of securities - TMG, page-16

Hey Blindfaith, thanks for the reply. I have seen this before as well, and I think it's similar to the application for securities announcement when mentioning, 'Trigg confirmed land access condition has been fulfilled.' I don't believe this is done intentionally, but I think it's just a very poor choice of wording given TMG’s current situation regarding the uncertainty of actual land access. Also, i assume they mean Achilles and not Antilles, as they mentioned twice in that Ann.

Again, IMO, as with the word 'condition', management have chosen the word 'Project.' From what i can see, they are trying to imply that they have successfully gained access to the Achilles project as a whole, rather than the land itself.

The wording I would expect to see from Trigg to confirm actual land access would be something along the lines of: ‘Trigg Minerals has consulted with landowners within the Achilles Project and the landowners have agreed to allow Trigg Minerals to conduct exploration.’

I've never written an announcement myself, but if I was to read this sentence I could confirms that: 1) management has consulted with the landowners, 2) the landowners have confirmed they allow TMG to access their land, and 3) Trigg Minerals is allowed to conduct exploration within the Achilles Project.
