Most sensible comment I've seen in realtion to the launch. "team has been working relentlessly" obviously allot to do before everything is satisfied to be eligible to " receive the codes" from fda.
if they are expecting to launch "this quarter" then much of the work is done. e.g. locking in distribution. And they are confident of settling on reimbursement which will be "published" after codes are issued.
i dont see any problems, or delays. I think all is looking good and that it's common for launch dates to occur 2-3 months after approval.
