    Well this is the closest I could find to a charting thread for CTO.

    VitaminD would have doubled his money on this pick: relevant price range 0.005 (on the 23/04/18) to 0.011 (in May '18) cents but doesn't look like there has been much charting interest since then. FWIW Nice graphics on the board though:

    More importantlyCTO looks to be approaching the value zone / Bottom Pick area with the narrative improving somewhat - though I think many here a jaundiced from this company's history. Does that suggest the time to buy?
