this may not be the best time to mention it, but for a MSB comparison:
there have been several companies that have gone bankrupt after receiving FDA approval:
Purdue pharma, mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals, dendreon, achaogen, sientra, vanda pharmaceuticals (maybe?), and not to mention the long list of cheaply acquired financially struggling companies with FDA approved products.
MSB has turned into a bit of a post-approval market darling, but boy oh boy....
