The structure of the convertible will see this trade to 1.9c (the floor price)
IMU has 6months grace and then you will seek CIV systematically convert to shares at 90% of the prevailing price and then sell that into the market at a profit and then presumably that will drop the price lower, whereby they just covert more notes into shares at 90% of the share price and rinse and repeat all the way down to the floor price … probably a high probability short play
