From how I read it, it's saying the first application was denied (as we previously already know), then the second is still yet to be decided.
So I am thinking, this could potentially be all part of the game plan???? Declining the first application to get a good response from the nitwits then once the election has concluded and the results have come in, then they
imminently
approve the second application.
I am obviously not too equipped with screenshots or research like some of the brilliant posters here, this is just a shallow possibility that I thought of once I read this post!
Could possibly be what DB agreed to? Seems like a reasonable explanation for why we haven't received any announcements to their plans. I have next to no knowledge on even if this could happen from a technical standpoint. So do not crucify me.
