Troy and myself had this discussion over and over again.wait for retail fatigue, make a little progress towards permitting, sink the SP over the next 12 months and launch a T/O at an all-time low.RCF are past masters at this and have done it many many times.Cheap T/O, mothball the 'project' and relaunch it if Vanadium ever takes off.I'd be expecting major downward pressure on the SP in the next 12 months if this is indeed RCF's plan.At present their investment is only good for a tax loss.
