You don't have unfettered EPA permitting - and it doesn't cover half the intended site.
You haven't satisfied the NT water clause and until you do, you can do NOTHING onsite for 12 months after they sign their acceptance.
You don't have unfettered Tenindewa permitting as you still need to do the environmental studies on the impact on properties AVL "forgot" to include in the submission.
You don't have finance.
You have no offtakes.
Vanadium is in the toilet and completely uneconomical to mine.
You keep mentioning Tivan - they've parked any thought of Vanadium so not a competitor in any way shape or form.
They are too busy working with Sumitomo.
QLD is though - and they are a mile ahead of AVL - something you steadfastly ignore in your stockholm syndrome-like musings.
The AVL CR later this year will be horrific to watch.
