The total thickness (280m) from the 2D seismic map you posted (and included below), I believe will increase when we look at the 3D seismic line below which has depth scale on the left.
Regarding whether ORYX and HYRAX are a single trap, in my opinion they are separate. In PCL's recent quarterly, Oryx and Hydrax occur at different stratigraphic horizons - Oryx is mapped at Horizon A and Hydrax at Horizon B which suggests to me that they likely occur at separate stratigraphic levels.
