Cheers everyone. Debono, I will do as you suggested. I shall start recording my meal intakes from next week (7 days: Mon - Sun). Oh dam, ausie day isnt going to go down well, I can already tell. So i might have to excude the 26th lol! Just went and brought a skipping rope which should hopefully put me into shape soon enough. For the record, I try and keep my meals to 3 a day and hardly ever snack as I want to reduce the calories. Nuts and avacado isnt good?? Havent heard that one before. Nuts = protein and avacado clean out the bad fats in your body by replacing them with good fats (got told that one by a doctor of all people).
